| Gilmaro has always thought to pursue a music career. Born in Romania he started to sing from early age in school. He feels excellent when is on the stage performing and he likes to write songs. He played in various projects and collaborated with top musicians in Romania, Israel and Canada.He appeared on TV and radio shows, played in numerous clubs, festivals and venues and jammed with famous artists. Last year in the summer after a concert in Mel Lastman Square he approached Michael Vuscan a well known (in the Romanian community) producer from Toronto starting to talk about the idea of releasing a solo career. After 6 months they started the songwriting for the album. It took 3 months to write and record 13 songs (Gilmaro’s lucky number). The result is a pop rock album “Secret” with a lot of influences from Britt pop and electro music. His new album release party is programmed in July in downtown Toronto and is followed by a Canadian tour. Gilmaro loves to sing and he thinks his destiny is to make people happy. He really thinks that you can’t hide and trick listeners for long time behind image-makers or alluring videos. A real artist evolves and improves.
